Ventilation control
Ventilation control in successful operation
In the era of the energy transition, it is becoming increasingly important to reduce the amounts of electricity used by fans and systems.
To fulfil the increased requirements, Colasit Deutschland GmbH has developed a new ventilator control system.
This has now been installed in the Otto-Kühne-Schule Godesberg and has entered operations.
In the school’s converted natural sciences building, the ventilation control regulates the output of the installed roof fan according to the number of extraction points for waste air which are in use.
It ensures the extraction from the two digesters in the classrooms as well as the continuous extraction from the fume cupboards in the preparation room. With the use of an air monitor, it also monitors the continuous extraction from the fume cupboards. In the case of a fault, it emits its own static alarm signal, or optionally, a signal to the building control system.
We will be pleased to assist you if you have any questions about our new ventilation control system.
